
EAB's Employee Resource Groups
Here at EAB, we invest in a number of employee-driven groups that support and empower our team members to actively create an inclusive workplace. These groups, known as Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), are meant to serve as places of community, connection, and support for employees who share certain identities and their allies.
Healthy Minds
elevates conversations about mental health, connects those who are passionate about this cause, and builds a firm culture that empowers EAB employees to bring their full selves to work each and every day.




OUT
drives positive impact for LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies at EAB and within our broader communities. This includes mentorship, training, and networking opportunities to ensure an inclusive workplace for LGBTQ+ employees.
Mosaic
is committed to the development of BIPOC talent. We seek to do so by enhancing recruitment, advancement and retention efforts, engaging with the local community, and creating inclusive engagement opportunities.
